Returns & Refunds

Custom, made-to-order goods. Each set is engineered and finished for one specific vehicle — your bolt pattern, offsets, and finish. Because of that, custom wheel orders are final sale once production begins and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Before production begins. Deposits are refundable (less any payment processing fees) until we confirm your final specs and begin production.

Fitment Guaranteed. We stand behind our products. If your wheels are built using our “signature specs” and do not properly fit your vehicle, we will replace them for you free of charge. If any of our wheels arrive with a manufacturing defect or differ from the specifications we confirmed with you in writing, we will gladly replace them for you as well. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Please refer to our Warranty page for additional information.

Inspection & Installation

Please have your installer follow these steps — they protect both your wheels and your warranty.

  1. Inspect before mounting tires. Inspect your wheels immediately on arrival, before any tires are mounted. Confirm the finish/color, bolt pattern, center-bore diameter, brake-caliper clearance, and offset/backspacing are correct for your vehicle. Once tires are mounted the wheels are considered accepted and can no longer be returned, and charges may apply for any work needed to correct a problem.
  2. Use the correct tires. Fit only tubeless tires in the sizes recommended by your vehicle and tire manufacturer. Incorrect tire sizes can create serious fitment and safety issues; Motivo Forged is not responsible for damage to your drivetrain, AWD system, body panels/trim, or other areas caused by improper tire sizing.
  3. Lubricate the bead seat. Generously lubricate the tire bead-seat area before mounting.
  4. Contact-free mounting only. Mount tires using contact-free (touchless) tire machines only.
  5. Stick-on weights only. Use adhesive (tape-on) wheel weights only. Clip-on weights can damage the wheel and will void the finish warranty on the affected area.
  6. Re-torque after driving. Once the wheels and tires are installed, drive the vehicle for about 100 miles, then re-torque each lug nut/bolt to your vehicle manufacturer’s torque specification.
