Warranty

Every Motivo Forged wheel is machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 forged aluminum and finished with multiple layers of clear coat. We stand behind that craftsmanship with the warranty below. Please read it alongside the Inspection & Installation guidance, since proper handling is a condition of coverage.

Long-Term Care

1. Two- & three-piece wheels. Under no circumstances should you or anyone else loosen or remove any of the wheel assembly bolts. Doing so voids the warranty on the product.
2. Cleaning. To keep your wheels looking their best, regular cleaning is strongly recommended — and in climates where salt or chemicals are used on the roads it is required to maintain the finish warranty. Please follow these guidelines:
   1. Never use chemical-based cleaners or harsh cleaning solutions.
   2. Use only mild soap and water with a soft, non-abrasive cloth to remove dirt and debris.
   3. Spray-on, hose-off wheel cleaners are strictly prohibited.
   4. Do not clean the wheels while they are still warm from driving — let them cool first, ideally in the shade, before you even hose them off.
   5. A soft paste or spray wax may be applied to clear-coated, painted, or chrome wheels to ease maintenance and improve appearance. This is not advised for unprotected polished surfaces.

Limited Warranty

This warranty is given only to the original purchaser of Motivo Forged wheels and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty work, so please keep your original invoice.

Structural. Motivo Forged wheels are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns them, under normal road use.

Finish. The wheel finish is warranted to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the date the wheels are received against peeling, bubbling, or delamination under normal, non-hazardous weather, road, and operating conditions.

As a condition of this warranty, the wheels must be properly installed on the vehicle they were built for, exactly as specified and agreed on the order confirmation you authorized, and per the inspection and mounting guidance provided at delivery — including any hardware supplied by Motivo Forged. The tires mounted on the wheels must be correct for the vehicle.

This warranty is in place of all other express warranties. Any implied warranty — including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. No representation by any employee or agent beyond what is written here is binding on Motivo Forged.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage to, or failure of, a Motivo Forged wheel caused by unreasonable use, road hazards, or externally caused damage, including:

1. Off-road, unpaved, or racing use, and road hazards such as potholes, gravel, debris, scrap metal, or tire remnants.
2. Improper use of the tires mounted on the wheels — incorrect inflation, overloading the vehicle, misalignment or imbalance, or using incorrect tires or wheel sizes.
3. Any impact or abuse — bent rim parts, collisions, potholes, flat tires, curb rash, racing, accident, fire, vandalism, or rubbing from projection out of the wheel well.
4. Infrequent or improper cleaning, or cleaning with a hard/coarse brush, chemical cleaners, or acid sprays (note: many automated car washes use acid-based wheel cleaner) — this voids the finish warranty.
5. Exposure to road salt or other hazardous chemicals used on roadways in inclement weather.
6. The use of clip-on wheel weights or other accessories — use tape-on (adhesive) weights only.
7. Continued use of the wheels after you have discovered a problem.
8. Damage in transit, or from misuse, accident, or negligence, or wheels that have been repaired or altered by anyone other than Motivo Forged.

How to Make a Claim

1. Email MotivoForged@Gmail.com with your invoice number and clear photos to open a claim. We will issue a Return Authorization number and confirm where to ship the wheel(s); mark that number clearly on all packaging and paperwork.
2. With the returned wheel(s), include a copy of your original invoice and a written description of the problem — what happened and when, plus the year, make, and model of the vehicle (and the tire size) the wheels were installed on.
3. Once we receive the wheel(s), we will inspect them against the claim and contact you with the appropriate next step.
4. If the wheel(s) qualify under this warranty, Motivo Forged will, at its own expense and sole discretion, either repair or replace them.
5. Motivo Forged is not responsible for removing or reinstalling the wheels, loss of vehicle use, loss of time, or other incidental or consequential expense. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
